Very sound 10 yr 16.2 H dark bay gelding. Built up hill .

He is extremely sweet. Needs a quiet confident rider.

Sold to really good home only.

He's a great boy and fun to ride. Has a lot more jump in him.

His price is $25,000.00

Wow. I would totally buy this horse! If he still looks decent with that sack of potatos on his back, just think how wonderful he would be with someone that can actually ride!

Thanks to samphire!

Maybe he has the training to make him worth the price, otherwise, just another owner with deluded thoughts about their horse.

Seriously though? Does anyone think someone with $25K to spend on a horse is shopping for them on CL?

That must be some stellar whacky tabaccy their smokin.

At first I thought that she had mistyped $2500. Then I looked again, and yep, it was $25,000.

I don't know about the US, but here in Australia if you pay $25,000 you are buying an exceptional horse.

To give you an idea of what you can get with $25,000 here, this is what I found in the Warmblood section of Horse Deals. For the same price you could have a horse at Novice lvl dressage, all scores over 70%, multiple championship and state wins, and 52 EV points. And boy, he's pretty.

OR you could have this nice enough looking, but very average horse. Hmm.
